Shipment

Depending on the size and destination of the package, we work with DHL, DeutschePost, UPS, TNT or FedEx. Bulky goods such as boards or sails are sent by courier.

We have three different shipping times. If items are available immediately, it will take about 1-3 business days for your package to be delivered.

For international shipments, shipping takes 1-5 business days.

Bulky goods take between 1-5 working days to be delivered.

If we have tracking information about your package, this will be sent to you in a confirmation email. This allows you to track exactly when your package will be delivered.

Sometimes we do not receive a tracking number for our deliveries. In this case, unfortunately, we cannot send you a tracking number. In any case, you will receive a notification from us when a shipment has been sent.

We only ship packages with sufficient insurance as standard. If your package is damaged upon delivery or looks badly damaged, it is best to send us a picture of it immediately so that we can charge the shipping company for any damage. In any case, you will not be left with the damaged goods and we will take care of replacement or repair immediately.

Yes, you can have packages delivered to a Packstation. It is best to enter your delivery address of the packing station including the postal number in the comments section of the order.

From 79€ we send packages to Germany free of charge*. Standard shipping costs €4.35.

Shipping to most European countries is free for orders over €100*. Up to a value of €99.99, shipping costs between €5 and €9.

Shipping costs between €15 and €50 worldwide.

 

*Except shipping of bulky goods :

We ship boards for a flat-rate shipping fee of €40.
We ship booms for a flat-rate shipping fee of €30.
We ship sails and masts for a flat-rate shipping fee of €20 .

orders

Yes, we also offer expedited shipping to all regions. A phone number is mandatory for this and must be specified at checkout.

One of our most important principles is that we avoid plastic at all costs. So we ship everything plastic-free and in recycled or reused boxes. If you should have a problem with a used box, e.g. for a gift shipment etc., contact us beforehand via email and we will pack your order in a new box.

If we receive packages or goods from our suppliers with plastic in the packaging, we try to remove it as best we can if we continue to use the packaging.

Returns are easy. You can either simply send the relevant items back to us or contact us beforehand and we will take care of the return shipment.

Please always use insured shipping methods, such as DHL Paket, to send packages back to us and send us the associated tracking number, preferably by email.

We will use our good contacts in the windsurfing world and look for you at one of our many wholesalers. So we can get you almost every imaginable item that the windsurfing heart desires.
