Set a steep angle (+) for maximum flight stability or less angle of attack (-) for more speed and a livelier feel. Don't believe the internet when it says that a steep backwing generates more \"power.\" Try to think of it more in terms of generating more or less downforce (like the rear wing of a Formula 1 car). That's why smart people call the rear part a stabilizer or stabilizer.
