About Contains Coffee Roasters:
We only roast coffees with a cup score of at least 80 points. We source our green coffees from specialty importers who are dedicated to finding the best qualities and selecting them based on taste and ethical considerations. As a small roastery, we have access to specialty coffees from all over the world, which we purchase transparently and with a clear conscience.
We try to make the development of our roastery as sustainable as possible and pay attention to even the smallest details. We define good coffee as a complete package. Our standards apply not only to quality and taste, but equally to our dealings with customers, suppliers, fellow human beings, and our environment.
Our coffees should be enjoyable and effective! The majority of our coffees have a medium roast. This is particularly user-friendly and enjoyable in all types of preparation.
