We present the EZ-Slide Titanium M8 T-Slot Set
HAIKU Sports’ T-slot and screw sets are lighter and stronger than standard brass and stainless steel sets. The edges of the T-nuts are slightly rounded to allow for smooth sliding in the rails.
Made from the most commonly used titanium alloy—GR5. It has very high strength but relatively low ductility. Compared to pure titanium, Grade 5 has a much higher tensile strength and a higher melting point. Grade 5 titanium is therefore preferable when strength is a major consideration. Due to its properties, it is primarily used in aerospace applications, but it is also increasingly used in the offshore sector because of its corrosion resistance.
Total weight of 45 grams for 4 x T-nuts & 4 x screws.
Standard set with M8 x 30 mm screw heads, T40
M8 x 35 mm, M8 x 25 mm, and M8 x 20 mm with T40 screw heads available upon request.
