We present the Patrik T4A FUEL 5WAVE HD sail.
The Fuel 5Wave HD is the all-around sail that doesn’t have to choose. Mast-high waves, flat-water blasting, carving through turns—this sail does it all without making you feel like you’re compromising.
The soft Dacron luff panel and the pre-shaped profile combine the smoothness of the Flow with the drive of the Flash. The 5-batten design gives you confidence in high winds and controlled speed on flat water. Session after session, no compromises.
The Blackline HD Window made of 4mil X-Ply reduces light reflections thanks to the black yarn. You see more clearly, ride more safely.
The Adaptive Wind Release System lets you switch between IN and OUT configurations. Extra twist with full front draft, combined with two clew heights for complete control over handling.
The Load Control Layout is at the heart of the design. The entire sail area works as a single, intelligent unit. Double Dacron in the front section for balanced power, an ultra-light 2.5mil sail top for reduced swing weight, and a stiff 5mil X-Ply frame at the leech for clean air release.
The customized batten curves and angles optimize the sail for both riding and jumping. Stiffer battens above the boom keep the power forward and reduce drag in gusts.
Hydrophobic Kevlar protection in high-wear areas and an EVA-padded tack fairing ensure durability without adding extra weight.
