Your muscle reflexes can only be stimulated in a purely mechanical way with the SENSOBOARD. The SENSOBOARD delivers what other balance boards with predetermined directions of movement, sluggish wheels or air cushions only promise. Your strength potential is increased and coordination improved, so that there is a rapid increase in performance. With five degrees of freedom and very fast movements as well as unpredictable changes of direction, training never gets boring.
