Introducing the NeilPryde Free Flight 2024.
Easy handling and maneuverability
This Neilpryde Free Flight is our first pure Foil-Freeride sail with ultra-light weight. It offers effortless take-offs and optimal efficiency allowing the use of the smallest possible sails. Four sail battens and a mini cam (two for the 6.6sqm size) ensure a very easy ride and good control. A short one Boom and the firmer leech ensure that the flight phase is reached quickly and the ride is almost weightless.

Sail characteristics
| Very fast foiling |
This Free Flight is designed to get you to the as quickly as possible Foil and allow you to use a small sail in relation to the wind speed.
|
| Tight leech | Because foiling requires less wind release in the leech, Free Flight utilizes the additional power and stability gained from a tight leech design. This also allows the use of a smaller sail. |
| Foil specific shape |
Due to the more upright sailing position when foiling, the foot area of the Free Flight is increased to allow you to close the gap when foiling in an upright sailing position. This maximizes performance and efficiency. |
| 4 batten design | 4-slat layout for a stable base and low weight. |
|
1 or 2 mini cams
|
Smaller sizes have 1 mini-cam for optimal profile stability to weight ratio. The 6.6 uses 2 mini cams to add additional stability in the lower part of the sail in the largest size of this sail. |
|
Foil-specific use
|
The specific design of this sail for foiling allows us to offer maximum foil-specific advantages to benefit from all possible efficiencies that sailing is not designed for Fins are designed do not have to be taken into account. |
