For 2026, the RS:Racing EVO XVII focuses on the smaller sizes from 5.6 m², directly inspired by the speed sail that broke windsurfing speed records in 2024. Expect explosive acceleration, razor-sharp propulsion, and race-level efficiency.
The larger sizes remain unchanged in design from 2025, including technical advances through new materials such as taffeta in the upper windward area and Lite Skin Aramid in the clew. For 2026, durability has been further increased by using the strongest rip-stop Dacron in the front of the upper windward area.
These material updates enable greater durability, less stretch, and an even more responsive, competition-ready racing sail.
Six of the seven battens are pure carbon tubes, reducing weight and stabilizing the sail profile.
